How can canvas prints be cared for?

Do the canvas prints include hanging equipment?
No, canvas prints do not include hanging hardware, as they are shipped rolled. You can frame or stretch them as needed.

Chroma Luxe offers a vibrant, glossy finish, perfect for a contemporary look. Dibond provides an elegant, durable matte finish, suitable for a more subtle look.
Do the aluminum prints come with a frame?
No, the aluminum pictures come unframed, but include a back frame for structure and easy hanging on the wall.
Are aluminum prints suitable for outdoor use?
Yes, aluminum prints are moisture resistant and can be used in protected outdoor areas. However, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight should be avoided to prevent fading.
How should aluminum prints be cleaned?

How are the original paintings sent?
Original paintings are carefully packaged and shipped with protective materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Shipping details will be provided at the time of ordering.
What is the return policy for original paintings?
Due to the uniqueness of original artwork, returns are not accepted unless the product arrives damaged. Please contact us immediately if there is a problem.

What should I do if I'm not sure the painting will fit my room?
We offer a visualization service to help you visualize the artwork in your space. Send us the painting you have chosen along with a photo of your room, and we will prepare an image for you showing how the painting will look in your room.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping usually takes between 7 and 14 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
