Delivery of Prints

  • Delivery Time: Prints will be delivered within 7–14 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery times may vary during holidays. Overseas shipping is available.
  • Shipping Costs:
    • Standard delivery: 100 NIS.
    • Free Delivery: Orders over 600 NIS qualify for free home delivery via courier.

 

Art Print Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below:

  1. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Prints on canvas, aluminum, or paper cannot be returned once printed unless they were damaged during shipping.

  2. Damaged Prints:

    • If your print arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
    • Provide clear photos of the damaged print and packaging.
    • We will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

  3. Refund/Exchange Eligibility:

    • Defective prints are eligible for return or exchange if reported within the allotted time with supporting photos.

  4. Custom Orders:

    • Custom prints or customized orders are not returnable unless they arrive damaged or contain an error.

Packaging:
We take great care in packaging prints to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Delivery of Original Photos

  • Delivery Time: Original photos located in Israel will be shipped within 3–5 business days.
  • Shipping Costs:
    • Standard home delivery: 100 NIS.
    • Free Delivery: Orders over 5,000 NIS qualify for free home delivery via courier.

Packaging:
Photos are carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and plastic to maintain their quality during shipping.

Return Policy for Original Photos

We aim to process and ship photos promptly. If you are not satisfied with your purchase:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 business days of receipt.
  • The item must be in its original condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Return Process:
Before returning an item, please contact us to coordinate the return. Once received and inspected, a full refund will be issued.
