Shipping

All artworks are located in Israel and ready for shipping within 5-7 business days.

  • Home delivery – 5-7 business days – 40 ILS
  • Free home delivery on orders over 300 ILS.

 

Returns – Prints

We are committed to providing you with the highest quality products, along with secure packaging to ensure their safe arrival.

If the product arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a replacement and pickup.
  • Keep the original packaging for the exchange process.

If the product is not damaged but does not meet your expectations:

  • You may return the product within 14 days of receiving it.
  • A full refund will be issued, provided the product is returned in its original condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns – Original Paintings

Original paintings are carefully packaged with bubble wrap and plastic to ensure their protection during shipping.

We do our best to ship the paintings as quickly as possible.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you may return the painting within 7 business days in its original condition for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
